What I hear from almost every business

“We know where things are slowing down. Finding the right fix is the hard part.”

Your people are good at what they do. But between disconnected software, manual workarounds and too many options, it's hard to know where to start.

  • “Our team wastes hours transferring information between different systems.”
  • “We have a process that works, but it depends on a few people manually doing everything.”
  • “My sales reps are always on the road. Visit notes get logged late, or not at all.”
  • “We want to use AI, but we don't know where it would actually help.”
  • “Our operations are too niche for off-the-shelf software. We need something built around how we work.”
  • “I know something is broken in our operations, but I don't know what the right solution is.”

Most of this can be fixed. Sometimes with AI, sometimes with a smarter process or a simple integration. I don't start by building what's asked for: I find what's actually costing you, then recommend the simplest fix, even if that means building nothing.

When your tools mostly work

Fix what you already have

I connect the CRM, inbox and spreadsheets your team already uses, and add automation or AI agents where they help. Nobody has to learn a new app.

Built for how you work

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit your process, I design and build one that does, with AI where it adds value.

How I work

01 · Audit

Find what's worth fixing

I learn how the work gets done today: the goal, the people, the tools, and where time and money are lost.

You get: a written roadmap of what to fix first, and what to leave alone
02 · Design

Choose the simplest fix

I weigh the options and pick the simplest one that works. That might be a process change, an integration, an AI agent or custom software.

You get: a solution design, scope and estimate
03 · Build and improve

Make it work, then better

I build it, connect it to your systems, handle the edge cases, and keep improving it once your team is using it.

You get: a working solution in production
Ways to work together

Start with an audit. Build what it finds.

The first call is free: a half hour to see whether I can help. If I can, we start with a short, fixed-price audit, so you know what's worth fixing before you spend on building anything.

Operations & AI audit

I map how the work runs today and where time and money leak, then rank the fixes by impact and effort. If you go ahead with a build, the audit fee comes off it.

Fixed price, agreed before we start
  • Interviews with the people doing the work
  • Each fix labelled: AI, automation, integration, process or custom build
  • A written roadmap with scope and estimates. It's yours either way

Build

I build the first fix on the roadmap and take it to production, connected to the tools your team already uses.

  • Integrations, agents or a custom build
  • Tested on your real cases

About

From Python developer to solutions architect to AI builder.

I've spent 12+ years building software for businesses, and the last three or so working independently, mostly with a few long-running clients.

What those years taught me is that the hard part is rarely the code. It's working out what actually needs solving when the problem is still vague, then designing something simple enough to last. I bring the business thinking, the solution design and the hands-on engineering, so you work with one person from the first conversation to the thing running day to day.

Questions operations teams ask

Why start with an audit instead of building straight away?

Because the thing you ask for first is often not the thing that costs you most. A short audit means we fix the right problem, in the right order, and you know the scope and cost before anything is built.

What do I get from the audit, and is it mine if we don't continue?

A written roadmap: where time and money are being lost, the fixes ranked by impact and effort, and a scope and estimate for each. It's yours to keep, whether you build it with me, with someone else, or not at all.

What if you find we don't need AI?

Then I'll say so. Plenty of problems are better solved by a process change, an integration or a tool you already pay for. The goal is the simplest fix that works, not the most impressive one.

Is our data safe?

Your data stays in your systems and accounts wherever possible. Agents only get access to what the job needs, credentials are stored securely, and you can export everything at any time. If you have specific requirements, we go through them before anything is built.

What happens when the agent gets something wrong?

Agents are set up to hand off rather than guess. Anything below an agreed confidence level goes to a person, important actions need approval, and every decision is logged so we can see what happened and fix it.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The workflows, configuration and any custom code are yours, and they run in accounts you control.

What does it cost to run?

Running costs (AI usage, hosting and any tool subscriptions) are estimated and shown before we start. For most small-business workflows they are modest, and I track them after launch so there are no surprises.

How long does it take?

It depends on the problem and how many systems are involved. The audit ends with a clear scope and timeline for each fix, so you know before anything is built.

Will you work with our current tools, or replace them?

Whichever serves you better. If your tools do the job, I build agents around them and your team keeps working where it already does. If a tool is the problem, I build a tailored replacement or a simpler layer on top, and move your data across. Either way, you don’t need technical staff to run it.

Tell me what's slowing you down.

No prep or technical spec needed. Describe the problem in your own words on a free 30-minute call, and I'll tell you honestly whether an audit is worth it, or whether you need anything built at all.
